摘要
目的:探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病的效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者80例,分为对照组和联合治疗组。对照组采用阿卡波糖治疗,联合治疗组采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合治疗组糖尿病干预结果优于对照组(P<0.05);联合治疗组空腹血糖和餐后血糖达到目标范围的时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后联合治疗组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病的效果显著。
Objective：To explore the effect of metformin and acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods：80 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into the control group and the combined treatment group.The control group was treated with acarbose.The combined treatment group was treated with metformin and acarbose.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The result of diabetes intervention in the combined treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After intervention,in the combined treatment group,the monitoring value of blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of metformin and acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus was significant.
