摘要
妇科肿瘤严重危害女性健康,尤其妇科恶性肿瘤,是造成发展中国家女性癌症死亡的最常见原因。Sox2是一种多能性调节因子,越来越多的证据表明,Sox2异常表达与妇科肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文将Sox2在妇科肿瘤中的研究现状进行综述。
Gynecologic tumor is harm to women health. Gynecologic malignancies are a leading cause of cancerrelated death for women in developing countries. Many researches showed that Sox2 is a pluripotent regulator, and Sox2 abnormal expression is closely related to the development of gynecologic tumors. In this paper, we reviewed recent advances about the Sox2 gene in gynecologic tumors.
