摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐市各级医疗机构医院感染控制及消毒工作现状,为加强全市医院感染管理及消毒工作提供依据。方法对乌鲁木齐市65所一级以上医疗机构及其70名医院感染管理专职人员进行现场调查和消毒质量监测。结果 70名医院感染管理人员中,以女性(91.43%)和护理专业(80.00%)为主,其中32.86%的业务水平不合格;医院感染管理现场调查评分为(70.32±12.55)分,消毒质量监测总体合格率为96.92%。结论乌鲁木齐市医院感染管理工作还有待提高,应进一步加强医疗机构的管理,提高医院感染管理队伍的专业化水平。
Objective To investigate the status of hospital infection management and disinfection in Urumqi,so as to improve the hospital infection management level. Methods The hospital infection management staff in 65 hospitals were investigated,and examimate the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of Urumqi city. Results A total of 70 medical staff joined the investigated,with women( 91.43%) and nurse( 80.00%),32.86% of them were unqualified in hospital infection management.The mean score of hospital infection management were( 70. 32 ± 12. 55),the general qualification rate of disinfection was 96. 92%. Conclusion The hospital infection control should be improved,supervision and professional team in hospital infection management in Urumqi city should be strengthened.
