一种五氟丙烷废气处理工艺仿真设计

摘要 某物料微波膨胀系统采用五氟丙烷作为浸渍介质并采用微波进行膨胀,生产过程中产生含五氟丙烷的尾气。文章采用吸收-解吸工艺对尾气进行处理,针对设计工况采用ASPEN PLUS软件进行了仿真模拟,并对比分析了乙醇、苯甲酸甲酯和苯甲酸乙酯三种吸收液的吸收效果,结果如下:采用吸收-解吸工艺对该系统尾气进行处理,可以有效将尾气中的有机介质降低至0.5%以下进行排放,三种吸收液中乙醇吸收效果最好,吸收效果排名依次为乙醇、苯甲酸甲酯和苯甲酸乙酯。 In a material microwave expansion system, pentafluoropropane was used as impregnation medium and microwave was used to expand, and the tail gas containing pentafluoropropane was produced in the process of production. In this paper, the exhaust gas is treated by absorption -desorption process, and ASPEN PLUS software is used to simulate the design condition. The absorption effects of ethanol, methyl benzoate and ethyl benzoate were compared and analyzed. The results were as follows: the exhaust gas of the system was treated by absorption -desorption process. The organic medium in the exhaust gas can be effectively reduced to less than 0.5 % for discharge. Ethanol absorption efficiency is the best in the three absorbents, and the order of absorption effect is ethanol, methyl benzoate and ethyl benzoate.
