摘要
通过结合传统助行器的推行功能和电动轮椅的载行功能而设计一款新型动力式老年人助行器。采用姿势评价确定助行器推行的最佳姿势;在最佳姿势条件下,利用JACK软件对助行器的推行和载行过程进行人机工程仿真,得到人体第4节和第5节腰椎(L4/L5)的受力。通过比较两组L4/L5的受力值得出助行器的最佳尺寸区间,使新型动力式老年人助行器在尺寸设计上更加合理。
A new powered walking aid was designed according to the combination of pushing function of traditional walking aids and carrying function of motorized wheelchair. The best posture was determined using postural assessment. Ergonomic simulation was performed on the pushing process and carrying process using JACK software under the best posture condition to obtain the stress distribution of L4/L5 lumbar. The optimal size range of walking aids was obtained through the comparison of two groups of L4/L5 stress value. This made the new powered walking aid more reasonable in size design.
