摘要
针对某电厂一台300 MW供热机组进行刷式汽封改造后,机组在启动过程中高中压转子一直存在因一阶临界转速振动超标导致机组无法定速的振动故障,分析了高中压转子振动特性及该机组高中压转子的振动原因,制定了保证高中压转子安全前提下进行振动磨合的运行方案,采取一系列措施消除了振动故障,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。
To solve the problem of high vibration fault occurring at the first order critical speed in HP- IP rotor during start-up of a 300 MW heating unit after retrofit on its brush seal, an analysis was conducted on the vibration characteristics and causes, and subsequently corresponding countermeasures were put forward and taken, after which the vibration fault is eliminated, with safety and stable operation of the unit obtained, under the premise of securing the safety of the HP-IP rotor.
