摘要
开展大型风力发电机机组的状态监测和故障诊断研究,及时掌握其运行状态,及早发现其潜在故障征兆,对降低其故障率和减少其运行维修成本,从而加强大型风力发电机组的可靠运行具有重要意义。在通过对大型风力发电机组中的机械故障和电气故障的类型及其特点进行全面分析总结的基础上,对大型风力发电机组的故障信号和故障信号处理方法进行了详尽的分析,介绍了大型风力发电机组的智能故障诊断方法,并指出现有方法的不足和未来的研究发展方向。
It is important to carry out large-scale wind turbine generator condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,grasping operating status and finding potential fault symptom in time,for reliable operation of large-scale wind turbine.Firstly,this paper presents types and characteristics of faults in mechanical and electrical systems in large-scale wind turbines.Secondly,fault signal processing methods of large-scale wind turbines are classified and analyzed,and then typical intelligent fault diagnosis methods of large-scale wind turbines are summarized.Finally,shortcomings in existing diagnostic methods and future research directions are pointed out.
