摘要
以率值K(石灰饱和系数)、S(硅率)、I(铝率)为指标分析铜矿尾矿作为水泥原料的可行性,借助熟料成分计算判断铜矿尾矿作原料是否符合设计的率值要求。结果表明:铜矿尾矿中含有制备水泥的化学成分,有害成分指标也满足原料的需求;将石灰石、铁尾渣等材料与铜矿尾矿复配后制备的熟料满足生料设计率值的要求;在较高的温度下,铜矿尾矿替代砂岩作为硅铝质原料制备的水泥易烧性更强。
The feasibility of using copper ore tailings as raw material for cement manufacture was analyzed with K (Lime Saturation Factor), S (Silicon Ratio) and I (Aluminum Ratio) as indicators. The composition of the clinker was analyzed to estimate whether the copper ore tailings can conform to the requirements of the designed indicators. The results show that the copper ore railings contain necessary chemical composition for cement production, and indicators for harmful ingredients meet the standards of raw materials~ the clinker prepared by mixing limestone, iron tailings and other materials with copper ore tailings meets the ratio requirements for raw materials~ At higher temperatures, cement prepared by using copper ore tailings instead of sandstone as silicon-aluminum raw material has better burnability.
