摘要
综述基于表面工程技术制备农机刃具的国内外研究现状,介绍农机刃具工作条件、失效形式及其国内外提高农机作业部件耐磨性的方法,论述四种基于表面工程技术(化学热处理、表面热喷涂及熔覆、堆焊及激光表面强化)制备农机刃具及其使用效果,进一步探讨基于表面工程技术在农机刃具制备上存在的问题及发展方向。
Research status of agricultural machine cutting tools treated by surface engineering technology at home and abroad is reviewed.The working conditions,failure models and methods of wear-resistance for the cutting tools are also summarized.Four kinds of surface engineering techniques(chemical heat treat treatment,Surface thermal spraying,surfacing and laser surface reinforcement)of treating the tools and effects are analyzed.Furthermore,the problems and development for agricultural machine cutting tools treated by surface engineering technology are also discussed.
