摘要
采用内容分析法、综合指数评价法、层次分析法、比较分析及统计分析等方法,通过系统分析国际大都市创新发展的特点、创新驱动的特性和要素,借鉴四种典型的创新指数,构建了国际大都市创新评价指标体系,即国际大都市创新指数(international metropolis innovation index,IMII),并选取了14个具有代表性的国际大都市进行了实证分析,以检验该评价指标体系的信度和效度。研究表明,该评价指标体系体现了服务创新与技术创新融合发展的趋势,能够比较全面、客观地评价国际大都市的创新能力。
Using the methods of content analysis,comprehensive index evaluation,analytic hierarchy process,comparative analysis and statistical analysis,this paper constructs the innovation evaluation index system of international metropolis,that is the international metropolis innovation index（IMII）through systematically analyzing the characteristics of innovation,driving features and factors of innovation activities of international metropolis and drawing the lessons from four typical innovative indexes.Then it tests the reliability and validity of this evaluation index system by selecting 14 representative international metropolis for empirical analysis.The result shows that this evaluation index system embodies the trend of integration of service innovation and technological innovation,and are used to evaluate the innovation capability of international metropolis more comprehensively and objectively.
