摘要
近年来,西南医科大学(以下简称"我校")临床药学研究生教育发展较快,取得了一定成果,但与国内、外一流院校临床药学研究生教育相比,仍存在不足。本文旨在了解我校临床药学专业研究生教育现状及国内、外同专业研究生教育现状,分析目前我校临床药学研究生教育中存在的不足,研究该专业发展新动向,根据现有条件及优势从实际出发提出可行性建议,培养出符合自身办学理念和特色的高素质创新实用服务型临床药学人才,从而为我校临床药学专业研究生教育的改革发展提供参考策略。
In recent years, the development of clinical pharmacy graduate education in Southwest Medical University （＂our school＂ for short） has been rapid, and has achieved some results, but there are still deficiencies compared with the domestic and foreign first-class clinical pharmacy postgraduate education. This paper aims to understand the clinical pharmacy graduate status and the domestic and foreign education with the professional graduate education present situation, and analyze the shortcomings of the current clinical pharmacy graduate education, study the new trends of the specialty in our school, according to the existing conditions and advantages from the realitya put forward feasible sug- gestions to cultivate high-quality innovative and practical service clinical pharmacy personnel in accordance with its own educational philosophy and characteristics, so as to provide reference strategies for the reform and development of postgraduate education in clinical pharmacy.
