摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了氰烯菌酯(2-氰基-3-氨基-3-苯基内烯酸乙酯JS399-19)对上海郊区禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium gramineatum)分离菌的有效中浓度(EC50),并由此建立该药剂的敏感性基线。氰烯菌酯对上述分离菌均具有很强的抑制作用,其EC50值的范围在0.098 0~0.504 1μg/mL之间,平均值为0.258 9±0.055 1μg/mL;其敏感基线呈单锋曲线,接近正态分布。各分离菌株之间对该杀菌剂的敏感性差异较小,且并不因用药年份不同而有明显的差异。氰烯菌酯对禾谷镰孢菌的多菌灵敏感型菌株和抗药型菌株也均具有极强的抑制作用。这表明该药剂在发生多菌灵抗药性的地区可以大面积推广应用,以减少赤霉病的发生。本研究结果对于今后监测上海郊区禾谷镰孢菌群体对氰烯菌酯敏感性的动态变化,制定该药剂合理使用策略具有重要的指导意义。
Hyphal growth rates of 32 Fusarium graminearum strains from suburbs of Shanghai were determined to evaluate their sensitivities to JS399-19,and thereby established the drug sensitivity baseline. Results showed that the EC50 of JS399-19 against the strains ranged from 0.098 0 to 0. 504 1 μg/mL with a mean of 0. 258 9 - 0. 055 1μg/mL. The sensitivity baseline is a single front curve, close to normal distribution. Differences of the fungicide sensitivities among the strains were small and not statistically related with the year of application. JS399-19 also showed strong inhibitory effects on carbendazim sensitive or resistant strains of the Fusariurn graminearum. Therefore, the fungicide can be promoted and applied in the event of carbendazim resistance to reduce the incidence of wheat scab. The result of this study is of great significance for monitoring the susceptibility of Fusarium grarninearum population to JS399-19 and establishing a strategy for the rational drug use in the suburbs of Shanghai.
