摘要
针对管壳式换热器在实际应用中出现的典型泄漏问题,本文综述了管壳式换热器在工业领域的作用及其使用现状,并对其在实际生产中的泄漏表现、位置和原因做了相关分析,并结合管壳式换热器的结构特点和工作原理,在设计、制造和操作方面提出行之有效的预防措施。本文的工作对换热器的运行管理具有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at the typical leaking problem of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger in practical application, this paper reviews the function and current status of the heat exchanger. Meanwhile, the performances, positions and reasons for the leakage are analyzed. Combining with its structural characteristics and working principle, this paper puts forward effective prevention measures from the aspects of design, manufacture and operation. This work can provide some reference on the operation and management of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
