摘要
重点介绍并验证了处理电镀综合废水中重金属离子的一种方法。为弥补和克服目前电镀废水化学处理法的不足,将离子交换纤维引入电镀废水处理领域,利用其具有的选择性吸附交换技术特点和优势,开展了基于离子交换纤维对电镀废水处理的方法和装置的技术研究和验证。结果表明,电镀废水原液或经化学法处理后的不达标废液,通过使用了离子交换纤维的可移动式处理装置后,其出水中的重金属离子达到并优于国家排放标准。同时,主体设备具备应急处理的机动能力,为工程化应用及推广奠定了基础。
In this paper, a method for the treatment of heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater is in- troduced and verified. In order to make up and overcome the shortage of chemical treatment method of e- lectroplating wastewater, ion exchange fiber is introduced into the field of electroplating wastewater treat- ment. By using its characteristics and advantages of selective adsorption and exchange technology, techni- cal research and verification of methods and devices have been carried out by treatment of electroplating wastewater by ion exchange fiber. The results indicated that the raw liquid of electroplating wastewater or non-standard waste liquid treated by chemical method by using the ion exchange fiber mobile processing u- nit, the heavy metal ions in its discharge fluid are better than the national emission standards. At the same time, the main equipment has the capability of emergency handling, which lays the foundation for engi- neering application and popularization.
