摘要
[目的]调查泰州某草莓园土壤中重金属含量。[方法]对泰州某草莓园土壤中18种重金属含量进行调查,分别采用智能石墨消解法和王水水浴消解法进行前处理。利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)、电感耦合等离子质谱联合仪(ICP-MS)和原子荧光光谱仪(AFS)对土壤重金属消解液中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni等18种重金属含量进行检测。[结果]以无公害果园土壤元素环境背景值为评价标准,草莓园土壤中大多数重金属含量基本符合国家标准,但其中的Cd、Hg、Se、Ag含量超出土壤元素环境背景值。[结论]该研究可为泰州地区果业的发展和果园生态环境质量的改善提供参考。
[Objective]To investigate the heavy metal content in soil of a strawberry garden in Taizhou.[Method]18 kinds of heavy metal content in soil of strawberry garden in Taizhou were investigated,the soil was disposed by intelligent graphite digestion method and aqua water bath digestion. The contents of 18 heavy metals such as Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Cr and Ni in soil digested solution of heavy metals were detected by ICP-AES,ICP-MS and AFS.[Result]The background value of non-polluted orchard soil was taken as the evaluation standard,the most of the heavy metal concentrations accorded with the national standard,but the Cd,Hg,Se,Ag content exceeded the soil background value.[Conclusion]This study can provide reference for the development of fruit industry and improvement of orchard ecological environment quality in Taizhou Area.
