摘要
药对是历代医家总结出来的两味中药相伍使用的用药形式,是中药配伍中的最小单位,从临床疗效而言,这种配伍组合的方式,使药对具有增效减毒的作用,从而能够产生更有效更安全的临床效果。药对并非两药简单加和,而是有其特有的配伍原则,其配伍需遵循七情和合、中药性能、功效主治三方面原则。本文根据气、血、阴、阳相互依存、相互化生的关系以及药对配伍原则和特点,对补虚药之间的相互配伍(补气药与补血药配伍、补气药与补阳药配伍、补气药与补阴药配伍、补血药与补阴药配伍、补阳药与补阴药配伍)加以剖析,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。
The couplet medicines is the form of medicine used by the two Chinese herbs summed up by the doctors of the past dynasties.It is the smallest unit in the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,in terms of clinical effi cacy,this combination has the effect of synergism and attenuation that can leads to more effective and safer clinical effi cacy.The couplet medicines is not a simple addition,but has its unique compatibility principle,the compatibility of seven emotions,and should follow the properties of TCM and effi cacy.This article is based on the interdependence of qi,blood,yin and yang,the relationship of interdependence and the principles and characteristics of compatibility of drugs,to analysis the compatibility among tonics（qi tonic and blood tonic,qi tonic and yang tonic,qi tonic and yin tonic,blood tonic and yin tonic,yang tonic and yin tonic）,in order to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinical practice.
