摘要
利用网络化、信息化和人工智能等技术实现企业智能化建设是摆在煤炭企业面前的重大课题。在分析张家峁选煤厂构成和洗选工艺、产品结构、选煤厂管理与生产现状以及智能矿山和智能工厂建设思想的基础上,结合公司智能化应用平台,确定了选煤厂智能化建设的任务目标和具体内容。根据任务目标要求设计出选煤厂智能化的体系结构,包括层次划分、每一层次的作用与功能。在选煤厂智能化体系结构的基础上设计出智能化选煤厂的系统构成框图及其相互关系。智能化的体系结构和系统构成方案为选煤厂的智能化建设提供了依据。
It is an important topic for coal enterprises to make use of netization,informatization and artificial intelligent technology to realize the intelligent construction. Based on the analysis of the composition,coal preparation technology,product structure,management and production status of Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant,and the construction concept of intelligent mines and factory,task goals and specific contents of the intelligent building are determined using intelligent application platform. According to the requirements of the task goals,the intelligent system architectures including the hierarchy division,and the role and function of each hierarchy for the coal preparation plant are designed. On the basis of the intelligent framework, we have designed the system structure diagrams and the relationship between them. The intelligent system structure and solutions can provide a basis for the intelligent construction of coal preparation plant.
