摘要
作为闽台合作交流的主要桥梁,福建自贸区设立对维系两岸经贸关系有着重要影响。当前,福建自贸区3个片区各有优势和不足,面临着发展困境。探索有效的发展路径,不仅有利于福建经济快速发展、加强两岸经贸合作交流,而且有利于中国与"一带一路"沿线国家贸易往来。从福建自贸区3个片区现状和基本特征入手,探讨福建自贸区的发展规律,在参考其他自贸区的发展经验的基础上综合考虑中央和国务院精神、福建发展规划、福建优势产业等因素,进一步推动福建自贸区稳步前进。
As the main bridge for the cooperation and exchange between Fujian and Taiwan,the establishment of Fujian Free Trade Zone has an important influence on maintaining the cross-Strait economic and trade relations.However,each of the three zones in Fujian Free Trade Area has its advantages and shortcomings,making the current free trade zone in Fujian facing difficulties in development.Choosing an effective path of development will not only be conducive to the rapid economic development of Fujian Province and strengthening the economic and trade cooperation and exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait,but to China＇s trade with the countries along the Belt and Road.Based on this,starting with the current situation and basic characteristics of Fujian FTA,this paper discusses the law of development of Fujian FTA.Combined with the development of other free trade zones,it concludes that Fujian FTA should consider the spirit of the Central Government and the State Council,the development planning of Fujian,the advantageous industries of Fujian etc to further promote the steady progress of Fujian Free Trade Area.
