摘要
为改善平原流域船队结构,提高港航基础设施利用率,减少环境污染,需针对标准船型应用LNG动力进行技术分析。通过对标准船型的LNG船机及其动力特性和环保性、LNG储气处所、面向LNG储气处所的舱室限界面防火设计、船舶性能及结构强度、可燃气体探测及安保系统、消防系统、电气系统、BOG控制方案等方面进行技术可行性分析,提出平原流域内河标准船型应用LNG动力技术已成熟可靠,相关规范和法规已配套完善;同时对LNG动力船舶配套基础设施的建设情况以及国家、行业相应政策的实施情况进行了简要梳理,指出LNG新能源动力符合国内外船舶动力能源发展趋势,市场前景良好。
To improve the structure of plain basin fleet and enhance the utilization rate of port and waterway infrastructure and reducing environmental pollution, technical analysis shall be carried out for standard ship with LNG power. Based on the technical feasibility analysis of LNG ship engine and its dynamic characteristics and environmental protection, LNG gas storage place, compartment interface fire protection design for LNG storage, ship performance and structural strength, combustible gas detection and security system, fire protection system, electrical system, BOG control scheme, it is proposed that the application of LNC power technology to standardized ship in plain river basin is reliable and mature and related regulation and laws are complete. At the same time, the construction of supporting infrastructure of LNG power ships and the implementation of national and industrial policies are briefly summarized. It is pointed out that LNG new energy conforms to the development trend of domestic and foreign ship power energy, and the market prospect is promising.
