摘要
草甘膦作为一种高效除草剂,越来越广泛地被应用于农业生产。与此同时,草甘膦的残留问题及其潜在危害也逐渐引起人们密切关注。近年来,针对草甘膦残留的检测方法已成为研究热点,其中荧光免疫、酶联免疫吸附、免疫传感器等免疫分析方法因具有灵敏、特异、快速的特点而发展迅速。本文主要对草甘膦残留的免疫分析技术进行综述,为草甘膦残留快速检测深入研究提供参考。
Glyphosate is widely used in agricultural production as an efficient herbicide. At the same time,the residual problems of glyphosate and its potential harm are gradually attracting people' s close attention. In recent years,glyphosate residue detection method has become a research hotspot,fluorescence immunoassay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunosensor are developed rapidly by sensitive,specific and fast characteristics. This paper reviews the immunoassay techniques of glyphosate residue and provides a reference for the rapid detection of glyphosate residue.
