摘要
事故原因分析与统计是事故管理中一项重要的工作,除了可以进一步明确事故性质和分析相关数据,还可以为其他单位提供经验教训,防止和减少同类事故发生。以某工程公司近5年来发生的17起安全事故为例,从几个不同角度对这些安全事故进行统计分析,以期从中得出一些事故发生的规律性认识,以便在生产中举一反三,提前采取措施,更好的开展安全管理工作。
Statistical analysis on the causes for the accident is an important work in the management of the accident.In addition to further clarifying the nature of the accident and analyze relevant data,it can also provide experiences and lessons for other companies to prevent and reduce the occurrence of similar accidents.This paper cites 17 cases of accidents occurred in nearly 5 years in certain company.It carries out a statistical analysis of these accidents from different angles in order to find some regularity in the accidents and take warning from them.Then proper measures can be taken in advance for better safety management.
