摘要
【目的】为降低作物对Cd和As的吸收和积累,筛选低镉(Cd)和砷(As)积累作物品种。【方法】采集3个不同Cd和As污染浓度的土壤,进行盆栽种植,研究10个不同品种菜心地上部对Cd和As的吸收积累效果。【结果】3个污染浓度下,青丰红菜苔的生物量均最高,除广州-珍芯油青尖叶甜菜心外的9个菜心品种的生长均随着土壤污染浓度升高而受到抑制作用。不同品种菜心地上部分的Cd和As含量存在显著差异,在低、中、高3个不同污染浓度下,菜心Cd含量范围为0.07~2.07 mg/kg,As含量范围为0.01~0.57 mg/kg;较之其他品种,青丰红菜苔As、Cd含量在不同污染浓度下均最低。在不同污染浓度水平下,菜心的Cd和As富集系数均比较接近。【结论】青丰红菜苔品种对Cd和As的生长耐性强,且在3个污染浓度下都表现出稳定的低积累Cd和As的特性,因此生产上推荐其作为Cd、As低积累优良品种。
【Objective】The study aims to reduce the content of Cd and As in agricultural products and screen cultivars with low Cd and As concentration.【Method】In the current study,10 Chinese flowering cabbage cultivars were grown in three levels of Cd and As coexisted soils,to examine uptake and translocation of Cd and As in their tissues.【Result】The growth of Chinese flowering cabbage in most tested cultivars was inhibited by Cd and As concentrations in soils,except for Qingfeng49 cultivar. And there were wide variations in Cd and As accumulation among different cultivars grown in 3 levels of Cd and As coexisted soils. The ranges of Cd and As concentrations in shoots Chinese flowering cabbage were 0. 07-2. 07,0. 01-0. 57 mg/kg. Generally,Qingfeng hongcaitai cultivar contains lowest As and Cd concentrations in shoots in 3 levles of Cd and As coexisted soils. At different levels of pollution concentration,Cd and As enrichment coefficient were similar.【Conclusion】Qingfeng hongcaitai cultivar could tolerance high Cd and As stress,and accumulate low Cd and As even grown in high level of Cd and As coexisted soil. Thus,this cultivar( Qingfeng hongcaitai) is recommended to plant in Cd and As coexisted soils to ensure food safety.
