摘要
【目的】为了探讨利用颜色参数判别烤烟成熟过程中烟叶烘烤特性的可行性。【方法】研究以烤烟NC102中部叶为供试材料,采用色差计测定不同成熟度烟叶颜色参数,暗箱试验研究不同成熟度鲜烟叶烘烤特性,并利用烤后烟对各成熟度烟叶的烘烤特性进行验证。【结果】随着成熟度的提高,烟叶正背面颜色参数的变化趋势基本一致,颜色参数(L、b、C)与烟叶成熟度的相关关系具有统计学意义,可以用来判别成熟度。【结论】不同成熟度烟叶的烘烤特性不同,以颜色参数为指标建立的Fisher判别函数可判别不同成熟度烟叶,颜色参数可作为烤烟鲜烟叶烘烤特性的判别指标。
【Objective】The study aims to investigate the feasibility of using color parameters to estimate the curing characteristics of fresh fluecured tobacco leaves in maturity process. 【Method】The color parameters of flue-cured tobacco leaves with different maturity were measured by color difference meter and curing characteristics were studied through the black box testing using flue-cured tobacco NC102 middle leaves. Cured-leaves were taken to verify the curing characteristics of different maturity fresh flue-cured tobacco leaves. 【Result】The result shows that color values of front and back of flue-cured tobacco leaves had similar changing trend with the enhancement of leaves maturity.The relationship between color parameters( L,b,C) and maturity of tobacco leaves was statistically significant,which could be used to distinguish maturity. 【Conclusion】The curing characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves with different maturity were different. The Fisher discriminant function based on color parameters can be used to identify different maturity leaves. Color parameters could be used as an auxiliary index to judge the curing characteristics of fresh flue-cured tobacco leaves.
