摘要
近年来大规模突发事件频发,我国应急保障力量面临着激烈且频繁的挑战。适时开展应急物流的保障能力调整、优化配送网络结构,以应对大规模突发事件的发生势在必行。基于轴辐式网络模型的物流配送体系是一种非常有效的网络结构形式,其本身具有规模经济特点,能充分发挥运输工具和运输网络的效率,并达成大规模突发事件应急保障的目的。文章主要分析了建立轴辐式物资筹措系统的现实价值,提出了在我国应急物流保障体系中建立网络系统的几点设想。
In recent years, the large-scale emergencies become frequent, that cause the emergent supply capability of China facefierce and frequent challenges. To cope with the occurrence of large-scale emergencies, it is imperative to adjust the emergencylogistics supply capability timely and optimse the distribution network structure. The logistics distribution system based on Hub-and-spoke model is a highly effective network structure form which has its own economy scale. It can take the fully efficiency oftransportation and transportation network, then achieve the purpose of supporting large-scale emergency supply. This paper mainlyanalyses the practical value of establishing Hub-and-spoke logistics system, and raises few assumptions about establishing networksystem in the emergency logistics supply system of China.
