环秦岭区域烤烟物理特性及其与评吸质量的关系 被引量:10

Physical properties of flue-cured tobacco around Qinling and its relationship with smoking quality

摘要 为了解环秦岭区域烤烟物理特性及其与感官质量的关系,采集了环秦岭区域的安康、汉中、商洛3市共58个中部烟叶样品进行烟叶物理特性指标测定和感官评吸质量评价.结果表明:环秦岭区域烟叶叶面密度多为70.0~85.0 g·m^(-2),单叶质量多为10.0 g^14.0 g,平衡含水率多为12.0%~14.0%,填充值多为3.5~4.5 cm^3·g^(-1),拉力多为1.0~2.0 N,含梗率多为25.0%~35.0%,物理特性指标多处于适宜及较适宜范围;安康、汉中、商洛3个产地间的烟叶叶面密度、单叶质量方面均存在显著差异,大小表现为:商洛>汉中>安康;汉中地区不同品种烟叶物理特性指标差异较小,表现为:云烟99的叶面密度显著低于云烟97、南江3号,南江3号的含梗率显著高于云烟99、云烟97;环秦岭区域烟叶的叶面密度、单叶质量、平衡含水率、拉力等4项指标与感官质量呈正相关,单叶质量与评吸总分呈显著正相关,而含梗率与评吸总分呈极显著负相关.因此,环秦岭区域烤烟的物理特性指标多处于国内烤烟物理特性值的较适宜范围,单叶质量、含梗率与感官质量呈显著相关. To grasp physical properties of tobacco leaves around Qinling region and its relationship between sensor^^ quality,58 sam-ples of flue-cured tobacco leaves (C3F) from Ankang,Hanzhong and Shangluo were evaluated over physical characteristics and sen-sory quality by half leaf method. Results showed that leaf density,single leaf weight,balanced moisture content,filling value, ten-sile breaking strength,stem content mostly ranged between 70.0-85.0 g ? m 2,10 .0 -1 4 .0 g,12 .0% - 14 .0%, 3 .5 -4 .5 cm3 * g 1, 1.0-2.0 N, 25.0%-35.0%, respectively. Significant differences were obser^^ed on leaf density and single leaf weight among 3 pro-duction places,which was in a descending order of Shangluo,Hanzhong and Ankang. Differences among varieties on physical prop-erties was small in Hanzhong. Yunyan 99 was significantly lower than Yunyan 97 and Nanjiang 3 on leaf density while Nanjiang 3 ■was significantly higher than Yunyan 99 and Yunyan 97 on stem content. Furthermore,leaf density, single leaf quality,balanced moisture content and tensile breaking strength of tobacco leaves from Qinling region were positively related to smoking quality. And leaf quality was significantly positively correlated with total smoking score, while stem content was negatively correlated with it. Overall,physical characteristics of tobacco leaf from Qinling region was in the suitable range of domestic tobacco leaf. And single leaf quality and stem content of tobacco leaves were significantly correlated with sensory quality.
