摘要
基于槽轮机构工作时具有柔性冲击,输出转速平稳性差,通过建模仿真分析可得出增加径向槽数可降低槽轮机构柔性冲击,提高其输出转速的平稳性。在槽轮安装中心距及径向槽数一定的条件下,通过电机输出单向变速运动来驱动槽轮机构,可以优化槽轮机构的输出特性,改善其工作性能;根据非圆齿轮传动特性,通过matlab软件设计非圆齿轮副与槽轮机构串联组合系统,由电机匀速驱动非圆齿轮来再现单向变速函数,也能实现工程中对槽轮机构输出运动的要求,从而为串联机构中非圆齿轮的反求设计和优化设计提供了较好的研究方法。
It is found through modeling and simulation that the number of radial slots can be increased to lower the flexible impact and increase the stability of speed output. Given the fixed center distance of Geneva wheels and the fixed number of radial slots,Geneva wheel mechanism is driven through one-way variable motion of the motor to optimize its output characteristics and improve its working performance; according to transmission characteristics of non-circular gears,serial combination system of non-circular gear and Geneva wheel mechanism is designed through Matlab software. Non-circular gear is driven by the motor at a constant speed to reproduce one-way variable speed function and meet requirements on output motion of Geneva wheel mechanism in projects,thus offering the better research methods for reverse design and optimum design of non-circular gear in serial mechanism.
