摘要
目的探析应用富血小板血桨(PRP)对股骨颈骨折愈合及股骨头坏死治疗效果的影响。方法方便选取该院2014年8月—2016年8月收治的股骨颈骨折愈合及股骨头坏死患者78例作为研究对象,遵循随机分组原则,划分成对照组、观察组,对照组实行常规空心钉固定手术治疗,观察组在此前提上应用富血小板血桨(PRP)治疗,比对两组患者骨折愈合情况、术后不同时间段Harris功能评分。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者骨折骨性愈合例数达37例,明显优于对照组,且股骨头坏死率较低,Harris功能评分显著提升,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用富血小板血桨(PRP)治疗股骨颈骨折愈合及股骨头坏死患者,可有效改善患者关节功能,提升患者骨折愈合率,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of platelet-rich plasma in treatment of femoral neck fracture healing and femur head necrosis. Methods 78 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture healing and femur head necrosis admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine cannulated screw fixation surgery, while the observation group adopted the RPR treatment on that basis, and the fracture healing situation and Harris function scores at different periods after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the fracture boney union case number in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, which was 37 cases in the observation group, and the osteonecrosis of the femeral head was low, and the Harris function score obviously increased, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of platelet-rich plasma in treatment of femoral neck fracture?healing and femur head necrosis can effectively improve the joint function and improve the fracture healing rate, and it is worth promotion.
