新型两亲丙烯酰胺共聚物的合成及性能研究

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM),丙烯酸(AA),N,N-二烯丙基油酰胺(DNDA)和1-(2-羟丙基磺基)-2-丙烯酰胺基吡啶内盐(Py SA)为原料,合成了一种具有两亲性的丙烯酰胺共聚物AM/AA/DNDA/Py SA。1 000 mg/L共聚物溶液表观黏度达到424.6 mPa·s;当剪切速率达到1 000 s-1时,2 000 mg/L共聚物溶液的表观黏度为20.6 mPa·s;在170 s^(-1)且120℃时,溶液表观黏度高达32.8 mPa·s,黏度保留率为54.9%;溶液中NaCl的加量为12 000 mg/L时,聚合物表观黏度为27.2 mPa·s;70℃,模拟地层水矿化度19 589 mg/L时,2 000 mg/L的共聚物溶液可提高模拟原油采收率10.40%。 In this paper,poly(AM/AA/DNDA/PyS A)were synthesized by N,N-diallyl oleicamide(DNDA),1-(2-acrylamidopyridin-1-ium-1-yl)-2-hydroxybutane-1-sulfonate sodium salt(PyS A),acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)at the presence of redox initiator system.The apparent viscosity of 1 000 mg/L poly(AM/AA/DNDA/Py SA)solution was 424.6 mPa·s.The copolymer solution that concentration is 2 000 mg/L was prepared,when the shear rate increased to 1 000 s-1,the viscosity of the copolymer solution was20.6 mPa·s.At the shear rate of 170 s^-1 and temperature of 120℃,the same concentration of the polymer solution that apparent viscosity was 32.8 mPa·s and the viscosity retention rate was 54.9%.Besides,when the Na Cl concentrations was 12 000 mg/L,the apparent viscosity of 2 000 mg/L copolymer solution was 27.2 mPa·s.Under 70℃,the enhanced oil recovery(EOR)could increase by 10.40%when the concentration of poly(AM/AA/DNDA/Py SA)was 2 000 mg/L and the salinity of simulated formation water was 19 589 mg/L.
