摘要
以病人为中心,以质量为核心是医院医疗质量管理的重中之重。本文着眼于武汉市第一医院药学部实际情况,以精细化管理工作在药学服务中的开展为切入点,详细研究了精细化管理在药学服务过程中的落实措施,并论证了精细化管理工作的开展在进一步提高医院服务质量以及服务水平方面发挥的重要作用和意义。精细化管理是医院管理逐步向着现代化发展的关键途径之一,对于提高医疗服务水平、服务质量,提升病患满意度有着重要意义,值得特别关注重视。
The top priorities of medical care quality management in hospitals are to be patient-oriented and to take quality as the core. This paper,focusing on the practical situations of the Department of Pharmacy of Wuhan No.1 Hospital and taking pharmaceutical services in delicacy management as the breakthrough point,carried out a detailed study of implementation measures of delicacy management in pharmaceutical services,and demonstrated its important role and significance in further improving hospital service quality and service level. Delicacy management is one of the key approaches to modernization of hospital management gradually,and is of great significance for improving the level and quality of medical services and raising patients' satisfaction. It is,therefore,worthy of special attention.
