摘要
教师数据素养是教师必须具备的关于教育数据的意识、知识和能力,是信息化时代教师必备的专业素养。作为当今世界教育信息化发展领先的国家,美国教育界培育了数据至上的学校文化与教学传统,出台了发展教师数据素养的政策与规划,建立了支撑教师使用教育数据的纵向数据库,开发了发展教师数据素养的资源与工具,具备了发展教师数据素养所需的基础条件。在发展教师数据素养的路径方面,美国主要通过在教师专业标准中纳入数据素养要求,在教师职前培养阶段增加数据素养训练,在日常教育教学中推广使用教育数据,在职后教师专业发展中强化数据素养培训等方式进行。
Teacher' s data literacy is an indispensable skill for teachers in terms of the awareness and knowledge of data, particularly in the Age of Information. America, as one of the countries that achieved the highest level of educational informatization, enacted the provisions and plans for developing teacher' s data literacy, established the vertical database for teachers to use the data, and explored the resources and channels for enhancing teacher' s data literacy. All these have provided American leverage to further teacher' s data literacy. In regards to the way of augmenting teacher' s data literacy, America appends the demand for data literacy to the criteria of teacher' s profession, and affixes data literacy training in teacher' s induction period. Adopting this new way in daily educating and upgrading teacher' s capability and awareness of data literacy during the career path, are also employed in America.
