摘要
应用电感式位移传感器设计了一种接触式无损植物叶片检测仪,建立了机械机构的三维模型,对检测仪的控制系统创建了数学模型,对无损植物叶片检测仪的精度进行了评估。结果表明:设计的无损植物叶片检测仪,解决了现有非接触式植物叶片测量时受环境影响大、测量结果不准确、传统接触式测量易损伤叶片的缺点;确定了植物叶片厚度无损检测仪的精度。
We designed a non-destructive leaf contact measuring instrument by the lateral inductive displacement transducer, created a three-dimensional model of the mechanical structure, and established a mathematical model for the control system. The instrument overcome the shortcomings of the existing non-contact measurement of plant leaves that their precision varies with the environment, the measurement is not accurate, and the traditional contact measurement is easy to damage the leaf. We confirmed the accuracy of leaf thickness detector.
