红外线照射联合芦荟湿敷减轻静脉补钾引起疼痛的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察红外线照射联合芦荟湿敷减轻静脉补钾引起疼痛的疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的经上肢静脉补钾患者100例,分为两组各50例。治疗组在静脉补钾时采用红外线照射20~30 min联合芦荟湿敷,对照组只采用芦荟湿敷。比较两组患者输液过程中的疼痛程度。结果治疗组的总有效率为88%,明显高于对照组的70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在静脉补钾时的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外线照射联合芦荟湿敷可明显减轻患者的静脉损伤及疼痛程度,减少静脉炎的发生,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of infrared irradiation combined with aloe wet compress for relieving the pain caused by intravenous potassium supplement. Methods 100 cases of patients with upper limb intravenous potassium supplement admitted to our hospital fi'om January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups equally. The treatment group received intravenous potassium supplement within 20 to 30 minutes combined with aloe wet compress, while the control group only received aloe wet compress. The pain degree during infusion were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88%, significantly higher than 70% of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). The pain degree of treatment group during intravenous potassium supplement was significantly lower than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Infrared irradiation combined with aloe wet compress can significantly relieve the venous injury and pain degree, and reduce the phlebitis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
