氩弧焊电流对1 mm厚Q235薄板焊后变形和残余应力的影响

摘要 为了解焊接电流对1 mm厚Q235薄板的焊后变形、残余应力及组织的影响,进行了不同焊接电流的焊接试验。对薄板的焊后变形和残余应力进行了测量,并对焊接接头的组织进行了观察分析。结果表明,随着焊接电流的增加,薄板的变形量减小。在焊缝区,横向应力和纵向应力均为压应力,随着距焊缝中心距离的增加,横向应力和纵向应力变为拉应力;随着焊接电流的增加,焊缝区晶粒增大,过热区和正火区的晶粒更细小。 In order to understand the effect of welding current on the post-welding deformation, residual stress and microstructure of 1 mm thick Q235 sheet, the welding tests were carried out under different welding currents. The post-welding deformation and residual stress of the sheet were measured and the microstructure of welded joints was observed and analyzed. The results show that the deformation of the sheet decreases with the increase of welding current. In weld zone, the transverse and longitudinal stresses are compressive stresses, and the transverse and longitudinal stresses become tensile stress with the increase of the distance from the weld center. With the increase of welding current, the grain size in weld zone increases and the grains in the overheated zone and normalizing zone are finer
