摘要
为提高铁路快运物流专业化物流服务能力,适应市场需求的动态变化,针对铁路快运物流发展定位不清、服务体系建设滞后等问题,结合快递行业市场需求特性,分析铁路发展快运物流的优势、劣势,提出以广州、上海、北京、成都、武汉5个城市为一级节点的三级服务网络,设计"门到门"全程服务和"站到站"干线运输服务产品,并从体系架构、基础网络和服务产品3个方面构建铁路快运物流服务体系,为铁路快运物流发展提供技术支撑。
With the purpose of improving the professional logistics service ability of railway express logistics and meeting the changing market demand, this paper analyzes the existing problems of railway express logistics, such as unclear development positioning and the lagged- behind service system. The strength and weakness of railway developing express delivery logistics is analyzed through considering the characteristics of the market demand of express delivery industry. A three-layer service network is proposed with five cities (Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan) as the nodes in the first layer. Service products including door-to-door whole process service and station-to-station main line transport service are designed. The service system is proposed in terms of three aspects: system architecture, basic network and service products. This can be the technical support for the development of railway express delivery logistics.
