基于动力性和声品质提高的汽车消声器改进 被引量:1

Automobile Muffler Development Based on Sound Quality and Power Performance Improvement

摘要 依据样车声品质运动感主观评价、消声器声场和流场数值计算,对消声器进行了基于动力性提高的结构改进。对比改进前后压力损失,进行发动机功率损失和车外加速噪声试验及动感主观评价。结果表明,改进后压力损失降低较多,变化的一致性较好,而发动机功率损失也有较大幅度降低,最多1.97%,最小0.56%。此外,实车满足车外加速噪声国标的前提下,运动感评价大幅度提高,尤其四档和五档,提高幅度更大。 According to results of sport sense subjective evaluation on sound quality and sound and fluid numerical calculation of original muffler of prototype car, muffler structure development is performed to improve power performance, results show that on the operating conditions, pressure loss of developed muffler structure decreases more, and its consistence is better with engine speed promoting. And power loss of engine bench test has a more decrease, on the condition of satisfying GB of car exterior acceleration noise experiment, subjective evaluation of dynamic feeling has more improvement above normal, especially development extent is more on the fourth and fifth gear.
