摘要 混凝土是现代建筑工程中用途最广、用量最大的建筑材料之一.混凝土施工性能和后期强度是评判混凝土性能的重要指标.从搅拌时间入手,研究不同搅拌时间对于不同矿物掺和料组成的大流动性混凝土和易性和强度的影响.试验选取粉煤灰掺量为40%和粉煤灰矿渣各20%的双掺混凝土,水胶比为0.38.研究结果表明,试验搅拌时间在120 s左右会导致混凝土拌合物的离析泌水,但搅拌时间在混凝土不发生离析泌水的区间内对混凝土的工作性影响较小.给予较合理的搅拌时间能够在一定程度上提升混凝土的后期强度. Concrete is one of the most versatile and expensive building materials in modern construction. The workability and compressive strength are important indicators to judge the quality of concrete. The effect of mixing time on the workability and compressive strength of high flowing concrete with different mineral admixture are researched. The high flow concrete is composed of 40% fly ash, or 20% fly ash and 20% slag concrete, and W/C is 0.38. The results show that mixing time in about 120 s will lead to the segregation of concrete mixture bleeding. However, mixing time has less effect on the reasonable range of concrete workability. The more reasonable mixing time to a certain extent can enhance the strength of concrete.
