烟用自走式起垄定点施肥装置设计及试验 被引量:7

摘要 根据贵州烤烟种植农艺要求,设计了一种烟用自走式起垄定点施肥机。介绍了烟用自走式起垄定点施肥机的总体结构及垄成型、定点施肥、肥料标记的设计原理。采用凸轮机构,实现了施肥与标记过程的结合,能有效地将肥料均匀深施在土壤中,并将施肥点进行了标记。田间试验表明:连续条施肥方式肥料浪费率约60%,而定点施肥减少了肥料浪费;肥料标记点与施肥点的试验误差平均值在4.23cm;垄型结构饱满,满足烤烟种植的农艺要求。 According to the requirement and planting pattern of Guizhou tobacco,a kind of self-propelled ridge and point fertilizing applicator for tobacco was designed.This paper introduces the general structure of the applicator and the design principle of the ridge-forming,point fertilizing and fertilizer markings of the main working parts.The fertilization and marking process was realized by using cam mechanism,which could effectively apply the fertilizer evenly in the soil,and mark the fertilizer location.Field experiments show that the continuous fertilizer method of fertilizer waste rate of about 60%.The average error of the test point between the mark location and the fertilizer location was 4.23cm,and the test results satisfied the agronomic requirement of tobacco planting.
