摘要
随着LTE低资费套餐快速普及,流量类业务井喷式发展,运营商的网络容量面临着前所未有的冲击。本文研究了一套基于小区级核算的扩容规划方法(并用自主研发扩容工具完成海量数据分析),以提高容量规划准确度;同时基于多个关键参数对以往扩容方案做了后评估分析,以指导后续方案编制。
The rapid development of LTE services presented a new challenge on capacity planning work. In this paper, a set of capability planning mathod based on cell scale is studied to improve the accuracy of the planning. At the same time, based on multiple key parameters, a evaluation analysis of past plans is carried out, so as to guide the subsequent planning work.
