航空发动机轮盘正向设计方法研究

摘要 为了进行快速、准确的轮盘设计,本文利用预制应力分布的方法求解轮盘力的平衡微分方程,获得了轮盘结构尺寸参数,从而实现轮盘的正向设计。通过采用等强度盘理论获得了预制轮盘应力曲线采用修正的。应用上述数学模型,并且经过型号验证结果表明,本文的轮盘正向设计方法可快速设计整机转子系统,可用于估算重量、高压涡轮最小盘心距、临界转速、支撑刚度等重要尺寸,该设计方法对实际工程应用具有较大的实际意义,并且具有流程上可行性与结果的有效性,从而具有良好的工程实用性。 To obtain a fast and exact disk design, the predicting stress distribution method is used to solve the balance differential equation of the disk force. The size of the disk structure is obtained, and the posi- tive design of the disk is realized. The stress curve of the prefabricated disk is obtained by the modified e- qual strength disc theory. After the verification, we can quickly design the whole machine rotor system, to estimate the weight, high -pressure turbine minimum disk distance, critical speed, support stiffness and other important dimensions with the above mathematical model. It holds a large beneficial use for the engineering applications, which can demonstrates that the optimization method possesses satisfactory engi- neering practicability with feasibility on its process and effectiveness on its result.
