摘要
主要介绍CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板的精调方法,重点对精调总体思路、定位基准、精调标架软硬件及生产作业模式进行阐述,并结合多条高速铁路CRTSⅢ型轨道板精调的工程实践,对精调中需要注意的事项进行了总结。得出结论如下:(1)CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板精调理论数据计算应在现场动态布板结果基础上进行;(2)标架硬件选型应考虑轨道板本身几何相对关系及现场作业环境适应性;(3)轨道板精调以轨道控制网CPⅢ作为定位基准,并考虑相邻板之间的平顺搭接。
The fine-adjustment method for CRTSⅢ Ballastless Track Plate is mainly introduced in this paper,focusing on the fine adjustment’s general ideas,locating datum,system of hardware and software and the production model,and according to the engineering practices of a number of high-speed railway CRTS Ⅲ Ballastless Track Plate fineadjustment,the items that need to be noticed in the fine adjustment are summarized.The results are:(1) The calculation of the fine-adjustment theoretical data should be carried out on the basis of dynamic layout results.(2) The geometric relation of the track plate and the adaptability of the site operation environment should be taken into account for the selection of the frame hardware.(3) The track control network CP III is used as the positioning benchmark for the track plate fine-adjustment and the smooth lap between adjacent plates is also considered.
