摘要
采用问卷调查法对河南省14个地市的1 400位60岁以上的农村老人生活满意度进行调查,运用序列logit回归模型对农村老人生活满意度的影响因素进行分析。结果显示,农村空巢老人的生活满意度主要受居住满意度、身体健康状况、日常医疗费用承担能力和就医便捷度等变量的正向显著影响;农村非空巢老人的生活满意度主要受居住满意度、经济满意度、身体健康、就医的及时度、与子女的关系质量、能不能帮子女做家务以及是否享有养老金等变量的正向显著影响,受心理孤独烦闷感等变量的负向显著影响。老有适居、身体健康、病有所医等是影响所有农村空巢和非空巢老人生活满意度的共同因素,对于非空巢老人而言,为了提升生活满意度,还需要子女在与老人的互动中多为老人考虑,维护老人的价值和尊严。
This study uses a questionnaire survey of 14 cities in Henan province,1400 rural elderly aged over 60 were investigated,then uses the ordered Logit regression model to analyze the influencing factors of rural elderly's life satisfaction.Results show that life satisfaction of the rural empty-nesters mainly be positive significant impacted by living satisfaction,health,the responsibility for daily medical expenses capacity and the degree of doctor convenient variables and so on.While the life satisfaction of rural non empty-nester mainly be positive significant impacted by living satisfaction and economic satisfaction,physical health,timely medical treatment,and helping children to do housework and owning pension funds,but psychological loneliness sense of boredom affects the life satisfaction of non-nester negatively.For the empty nester elderly,Attaching great importance to the old man's dignity and feelings may help to improve their life satisfaction ascension.
