MEGADRIL油基钻井液在南海西部高温高压气田的适用性研究 被引量:5

Applicability Analysis of MEGADRIL Oil-based Drilling Fluid in HPHT Gas Field in the West of South China Sea

摘要 南海西部东方区域中深层高温高压气田开发钻井过程中下部地层使用水基钻井液钻井过程中容易出现井壁失稳、摩阻扭矩大的技术难题,严重影响作业时效。通过室内试验,从抑制性能、润滑性能、储层保护性能3个方面来评价MEGADRIL油基钻井液,并与现场水基钻井液进行性能对比,表明MEGADRIL油基钻井液更适用于下部地层的钻探。MEGADRIL油基钻井液在东方气田F7H井进行了现场应用,并在实施过程中针对性地强化了井壁稳定措施、降低摩阻扭矩措施和保护储层措施。现场应用表明,MEGADRIL油基钻井液高温稳定性、流变性、滤失性良好、抑制性强,随钻测量井径数据表明油基钻井液应用井段井壁稳定且井径扩大率低;润滑性良好,应用井段无卡钻事故;储层保护效果良好,F7H井实际投产产量达60×104 m3/d,达到配产要求的3倍,综合表皮系数为0。 In the drilling process of lower formation of Dongfang Gas Field in the west of South China Sea by using water based drilling fluid drilling difficulties such as wellbore instability and excessive torque and drag were easily encountered,which would seriously affected drilling efficiciency.In this paper,based on laboratory tests,MEGADRIL oil-based drilling fluid(MOBM)was evaluated from three aspects,such as its inhibition performance,lubrication performance and reservoir protection performance,and it was contrasted with field used water based drilling fluid.Its result indicated that MOBM was better suited for lower formation in Dongfang Gas Field.The application of MOBM is conducted in Well F7 Hof Dongfang Gas Field.In the actual drilling operation,technical measures to stabilize wellbore,reduce torque and drag and protect reservoir were strengthened in technical implementation.Field application shows that MOBM has excellent high-temperature stability,rheological property and filtration reducing property.MOBM has strong inhibition property:borehole diameter measurement while drilling shows that borehole diameter of the operation section is stable and hole enlargement ratio is lower with excellent lubrication property and without pipe stuck accidents,good formation protection result is obtained.Besides,the successful discharge test of Well F7 H showed that MOBM had good reservoir protection property.In Well F7 Hdaily gas production rate is 6×105 m3/d,which is 3 times of the production allocation with the comprehensive skin factor of 0.
