电网系统保护业务分析及通信承载方案研究 被引量:12

摘要 在交直流混连电网格局逐步形成、风电和光伏等新能源大量并网的建设背景下,为提升电网安全防御能力,国家电网公司提出构建系统保护,实现对电网运行风险预控、所有重要元件的全景状态感知、各种可控资源的多维协同控制。电力通信网是实现系统保护各项功能的重要前提,现有电力通信网存在带宽瓶颈等问题,难以满足系统保护业务高带宽、低时延的传输要求。文章分析了系统保护的功能架构,对系统保护业务类型、流向、带宽需求、适用通信技术等方面进行深入研究,最后提出了系统保护通信专网技术选择及组网建议。 Nowadays, the AC and DC mixed grid gradually formed, wind power and photovoltaic and other new energy access into the grid, in order to improve the safety and defense capability of the power grid, the State Grid Corporation of China proposed to construct the system protection to realize the pre-control of the operation risk of the power grid, and panoramic state perception of all the important components of the power grid, a variety of controllable resources of multi-dimensional collaborative control. Power communication network is an important prerequisite to realize the function of system protection. Existing power communication network has the bottleneck of bandwidth and so on. It is difficult to meet the high bandwidth and low delay transmission requirements of system protection service. This paper analyzes the functional architecture of system protection, and deeply studies the system protection business type, flow direction, bandwidth requirement and applicable communication technology. Finally, this paper puts forward the technical selection and networking suggestions of system protection communication network.
