摘要
[目的]观察补阳还五汤+针刺联合西药治疗脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分两组。对照组29例阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、神经活化剂等;心理干预、饮食管理和生活护理等。治疗组29例补阳还五汤(川芎、桃仁10g,丹参15g,红花9g,赤芍10g,地龙13g,黄芪50g,白附子12g;头晕失眠加钩藤10g,枣仁15g,天麻10g),1剂/d,水煎250m L,早晚口服;针刺(三阴交、曲池、足三里、尺泽、风池),留针30min,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量、神经功能缺损状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈11例,显效9例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率96.55%;对照组临床痊愈7例,显效6例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率75.86%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生活质量改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤+针刺联合西药治疗脑梗塞,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] Observation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction＋acupuncture combined with Western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction. [Method] Using random parallel control method, according to the records, draw a simple disease were randomly divided into two groups of 58 patients. The control group of 29 cases of aspirin, atorvastatin, neural activation agent; psychological intervention, diet management and life nursing. The treatment group of 29 cases positive also five soup（Chuan Xiong, peach 10 g. Salvia 15 g, safflower 9 g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 10 g, earthworm 13 g, Astragalus 50 g, white monkshood 12 g; dizziness insomnia plus Uncaria 10 g, 15 g 10 g）, jujube, Tianma 1 agent/d, 250 m L oral decoction, sooner or later;（acupuncture Quchi, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, chize, GB20）, for 30 min, 1 times/d; westernmedicinewitht hecontrolgroup. 6 weeks of continuous treatment for 1 courses. The quality of life of observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions, impairment and neurological function. To judge the curative effect of treatment of 1 courses. [Results] In the treatment group, 11 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective, 8 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.55%. The control group was cured in 7 cases, 6 cases were effective, 9 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 75.86% The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）. The quality of life improvement treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）. [Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu Decoction＋acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction, satisfactory results, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
