摘要 随着原油价格持续在低位运行,更加高效低成本的开发海上油气田已是大势所趋,钻完井投资在油气田开发中所占的比重大,因此成为降本增效的主力军。中海油每年在国内有数十个作业点同时作业,而不同的钻井平台作业效率存在较大差异。针对钻完井作业效率,非生产时间,作业时效,钻井效率进行分析及总结,基于中海油钻完井报表系统Wellview数据基础上,开发出了钻完井持续改进系统。本文介绍了钻完井持续改进系统的总体架构,阐述了钻完井作业效率,非生产时间,作业时效,钻井效率等模块的功能特点,分析了该系统的应用效果。该软件的开发有助于作业效率的科学分析及整体提高。 As the price of the crude oil is low for a long time, it is the tendency to develop offshore oil and gas reservoir more eff-ciently at a lower cost, and the drilling and completion cost is high in the cost of oil feld development. Therefore, it is very important to decrease the cost of drilling and completion. CNOOC have many drilling and completion locations in China, but the effciency of drilling rigs is different. Through analysis and summary about drilling and completion effciency, non-productive time, relationship of operation time-effect, based on Wellview of CNOOC daily report of drilling and completion data, continuous drilling and completion improvement system has been developed. In this paper, the overall software architecture of the continuous drilling and completion improvement system is introduced, the function module of the drilling and completion effciency, non-productive time, operation time-effect relationship are described, the application results of the software are analyzed. The software is helpful for scientifc analy-sis and overall improvement of drilling and completion effciency.
