Recent advances in high-dispersed supported metal catalysts based on two-dimension structural effects

摘要 负载型金属催化剂是煤化工、石油化工以及精细化工等领域应用最为广泛的催化剂.层状复合金属氢氧化物(LDHs)是一类具有典型层状结构的二维纳米材料,由于其组成的可调控性以及独特的二维结构效应,以LDHs材料作为前驱体和载体在制备活性位高分散的金属催化剂方面表现出显著的优势.本文重点综述了基于LDHs层板网阱限域效应和层间几何限域效应构筑高分散负载型金属催化剂的最新进展,探讨了LDHs基负载型金属催化剂在重要反应中的构效关系,并介绍了该类催化剂的工业实践情况. Supported metal catalysts have been widely used in coal chemical, petrochemical and fine chemical industries. Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) are a family of typical two-dimension layered materials, which demonstrate superiorities in the field of catalysis as precursors and supports due to their component adjustments and unique two-dimension structural effects. In this review, we focused on the LDH-based supported metal catalysts with high dispersion to summarize their recent progress of synthesis based on the effects of net trap confinement from layers and geometric confinement from interspaces, as well as their structure-performance relationships in a number of important reactions. Furthermore, their recent industrial practices were also introduced.
