摘要
目的 了解利福平耐药结果与临床治疗情况的一致性,了解本地区利福平耐药率.方法 收集开阳县内2015年1月至2016年12月结核门诊确诊的结核患者205例,并对痰标本进行痰涂片荧光染色及Gene Xpert快速检测.判断受检菌株是否对利福平耐药,检测本地区利福平耐药菌率.结果 Gene Xpert快速检测结核杆菌结果：检出结核杆菌88株、未检出结核杆菌117株,检出率42.95%;荧光染色结果：检出结核杆菌63株、未检出结核杆菌142株,检出率30.73%;Gene Xpert快速检测检测率大于荧光染色的检测率.在检测出88例结核杆菌阳性病例中,检测出9例耐利福平菌株.耐药率10.23%.结论 Gene Xpert快速检测结核杆菌患者耐药率能及时掌握病情有利于临床医师早期发现耐药株且根据患者检测结果提供合适的敏感性药物,提高本县结核患者的治愈率.
Objective To understand the consistency of rifampin resistant results and clinical treatment,to investigate the re-gional rifampin resistance rate.Methods 204 cases with tuberculosis patients were from January 2015 to December 2016 were col-lected in Kaiyang County and sputum smear staining and Gene Xpert rapid detection of sputum specimens.Judge examined whether the strains of rifampicin resistance,detection of rifampin resistant bacteria rate in the region.Results The result of rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by Gene Xpert：88 strains of myco-acterium tuberculosis were detected、117 strains of Mycobacteri-um tuberculosis were undetected,the detection rate was 42.95%;The result of Fluorescent staining：63 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were detected、142 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were undetected,the detection rate was 30.73%.The detec-tion rate of Gene Xpert is faster than the detection rate of fluorescence staining.In 88 cases were detected Mycobacterium tuberculo-sis positive cases,9 cases were detected with rifampin resistant strains.The resistance rate of 10.23%.Conclusion Rapid detection of drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis patients by Gene Xpert can grasp the disease in a timely manner and help clini-cians early detection of resistant strains and drug sensitivity of patients according to the results of the test to provide appropriate, improve the cure rate of tuberculosis patients in our county.
