摘要
从果蔗育种、栽培技术、加工及保鲜技术、病虫害、脱毒、茎节、抗寒性、农药残留及土壤污染等方面阐述了我国果蔗研究的最新进展,并对果蔗产业的发展进行了展望。
The latest research progress of chewing-cane in China was expounded, which involved breeding, cultivation technique, preservation and processing technology, diseases and insect pests, detoxification, cane stalk, cold tolerance, pesticide residue and soil pollution. Meanwhile, the future of the development prospect of chewing-cane industry was looked forward.
