摘要
针对安徽某地碳酸锰矿粒度极细,多呈鲕状结构产出,完全解离困难,而碳酸锰矿又与磁铁矿密切共生的特点,采用分级磁选工艺可获得相对较好的分选指标。进行了不同粒级分级磁选与直接磁选对比试验,条件试验及流程结构优化试验研究,确定了最佳试验方案。最终采用将矿石破碎至-5^+1粒级干式磁选、-1mm粒级湿式磁选,获得锰精矿品位36.57%,回收率86.65%的选矿指标。
It can get more satisfactory indicators by the classification-magnetic separation process for the manganese ore, based on the characteristic that the mineral size distribution is fine with oolitic texture, and it' s hard to dissociate completely. The contrastive tests were studied by classification-magnetic separation and direct magnetic with different feed size, and the optimal condition and flowsheet were determined. The final flowsheet was the ore crushed to -5mm, the particle size classified into oversize and undermined of lmm, the coarse ore separated by dry magnetic and the fine portion separated by wet magnetic. The results showed that the grade and recovery rate of manganese in the concentrate were 36.57% and 86.65%.
