摘要
目的:了解郑州市骨科医院(以下简称"我院")门诊处方现状及不合理处方情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2016年门诊处方,每个月抽取1 d的处方,共抽取5 166张。依据国家相关规定、药品说明书、专家共识和用药指南等,进行处方点评与分析。结果:5 166张门诊处方中,国家基本药物使用率为44.76%,药品通用名使用率为100%,抗菌药物使用率为7.43%,注射剂使用率为12.74%,处方平均用药品种数为2.62种,处方平均金额为313.53元。不合理处方380张,包括不规范处方(265张,占69.74%)、用药不适宜处方(75张,占19.74%)及超常处方(40张,占10.53%)。结论:我院门诊处方基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,应引起重视,多部门加强合作,提高处方质量。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status of outpatient prescriptions and irrational prescription in Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic. METHODS： By using random sampling method,1 day of outpatient prescriptions in each month were randomly extracted from our hospital in 2016, totally 5 166 prescriptions. The prescriptions were commented and analyzed according to the relevant national regulations,drug instructions,expert consensuses and drug use guidelines. RESULTS： Of the 5 166 outpatient prescriptions,the application rate of national essential drugs was44. 76%,the application rate of common name was 100%,the application rate of antibiotics was 7. 43%,the application rate of injections was 12. 74%,the average drug categories was 2. 62 and the average consumption sum was313. 53 yuan. There were 380 cases of irrational prescriptions,mainly performed as non-standard prescriptions（ 265,69. 74%）, improper drug-use prescriptions（ 75,19. 74%） and abnormal prescriptions（ 40,10. 53%）.CONCLUSIONS： The outpatient prescription medication is basically reasonable in our hospital,yet the irrational problems still deserve attention,and more departments need to cooperate to improve the quality of prescriptions.
